Can't download my PMDG Aircraft

I haven't been using me 737 or 777 for some time.

Now I wanted to download those files from PMDG again, but it became quite complicated.
There's some kind of code needed for a download, they send to my E-Mail adress. But theres also a countdown of 10min. and the sent code will expire...

Unfortunately the E-Mail doesn't arrive within the 10min. timeframe.
I tried 3 times, and 3 times the E-Mail got here about 15-18min. after requesting the code.
Don't really like that...

Perhaps try submitting a support ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com. If you've never done this before, you'll need to create an account since it's not the same as your shop account. That's about the best I can tell you since this started happening after they made the switch to the new website.
