The only time I get a response is when I raised the ticket.

I found in the past that they do update the software, but not with any sense of urgency.  It’s frustrating to have the hardware not able to be used.  I hope you manage to get it working.
I am hoping they are close to a fix.

Hoping as well.  Don't like hardware sitting on the sideline.  It's like we have a dollar waiting on a dime.

I to have $900 bucks sitting here on my desktop that will not work with the NGXu.  This company drags their feet soooo long in doing updates. Now the AS A330 is out and MSFS2020 is just around the corner.  I figure that in a years time I'll have a very expensive dust collector on my desktop that will never catch up to the newest sims.  Very unhappy!

The same issue for the Aerosoft Airbus pro. About a year ago I contacted Ricardo Dutra from Virtual Avionics at support@virtualavionics.zendesk.com. This is the answer I received:

Hello Hans,

We will definitely going to double check with him (Matthijs Kok Aerosoft), as it is our best interest in supporting them.
That quote about they not planning to release an SDK was published in one of the forums some time ago, and, as I have said it myself, things change everyday.

I will let you know about how that goes and also on the the progress we will be making on the new approach.

Ricardo.

Well a year afterwards I never got any information about this issue. In my opinion they are not interested in upgrading their apps. I'm now using the ones from flightsimapps.

Regards

Hans

Sadly I am feeling the same now.   It’s a shame because I love the quality of my MCP and EFIS.

Patience all, NGXu support is very close, I believe.

The Displays are have only 1 Colour.

The colour is missing in the fmc. Magenta

The FMC use normal 2 colours.

Thanks Frank
