No Preview Available on B120

Hello guys . I am writing you regarding one problem i sadly faced when buying the newly released Embraer 120 Brasilia & The ATR 72. So the problem i get is after the installation . Which i am pretty sure i did it correctly . When i open P3DV4 and select one of the  aircrafts i mentioned above . on the screen it says No Preview available . And when i try to load the plane it says . Visual Flight model couldn't be loaded . I've never faced a problem like this before . Can you help me please ?? , the thing is that i payed for these airplanes and i feel like i spend my money for nothing . I hope you can understand me :) . And it wasn't something that i could afford to buy easily . I did it cause i love Carenado's work . I've already contacted their Support forum on their original website ,  but the solutions they gave me were things i've already tried :( .So the problem is still there

That's very odd. I just bought the B120 over the weekend, installed it, and flew it. Preview worked fine.

Have you retried uninstalling and then reinstalling?

I would recommend to uninstall them completely, manually delete any additional repaint you've added. Then, I would download them again from your Carenado account with the A/V and firewall off, and re-install with A/V and firewall off.

@edpatino I have also tried removing every single file and reinstalling countless times 😞 . However i haven't tried downloading them again from My Carenado account . I will try to do that :) . Thank you so much for your reply :)

Uninstalling, re-downloading and installing with the virus protection turned off seems the only solution I can think off, as the cfg file looks ok for the P3D version.

@FDEdev I've just tried Uninstalling , Re-downloading and installing with the virus protection off and it Doesn't work at all Again 😞  😢 .Thank you so much for replying . I Just hope that there'll be a solution without me having to delete the entire P3D Simulation and install it again . Cause i've created lots of repaints of Some other Carenado planes and i would be very sad if i was losing all of them 😞

Before re-installing P3D I'd delete the prepar3d.cfg file and let P3D build a new one! 

I had a similar problem once and for some unknown reason, chosing an airport in a different country, instead of loading the default flight, solved the problem.

@FDEdev It's really hard for me to delete the entire P3D simulation . I mean yes i have some backups just in case but still ... 😞 . Thank you anyway mate :)

UPDATE : During my attempts to install the Embraer 120 Brasilia . I now just got an error 403 . Saying : The number of Installs for this serial number has been exceeded 😞 . WOWW Can this get any worse ???

Just send Carenado an e-mail and they will reset your installs.

To make sure, instead of re-installing delete the prepar3d.cfg file, maybe this helps.

@FDEdev I already did that mate and it doesn't work again 😢 Just i am curious what this other error i was getting is .  Visual Model Could not be displayed . Maybe there is an issue with the MDL files in the Model folder of the plane ??? 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 . I am so saddd

If there would be an issue with the mdl files everyone would experience this problem. Very strange.  Have tried installing another aircraft since then? Maybe this is a new general P3D problem with your install?

I have also bought the ATR 72 from Carenado and it has the exact same problem 😞 . I feel like i spent my money for nothing . I hope you can understand me :)

There's apparently a problem with your P3D installation. Maybe a partial re-instal, like client only helps.

If even a full P3D reinstall doesn't help, Carenado will for sure return the money 🙂
