No External Views of my Aircraft

I must have clicked something. When I choose an external view - spot etc, or cycle through using 'S' I cannot see my aircraft, just the ground where they are parked.

Same with native and add-on aircraft.

The virtual cockpit works fine in 2d and VR.

Windows 10, P3d Pro 4.5

Try this:  Exit the sim,  delete the contents of the shaders folder-and restart.
