Screen goes black with Wilco A380 only

Hello,I had to reinstall Wilco Fleet A380 and as soon as I load the A380 on FS9 the screen goes black. It does not do it on any other aircraft. I reinstall the program a few times from the download and still happens.Has anybody else had the same problem. Please helpThank youSteven
