No. It is a conspiracy brought by MS, nVidia, ATI, Intel, and the people from the electronic entertainment industry to make us to keep buying new addons and new hardwares. LoL. I haven't seen any game that makes players buy so much stuff willingly and unconsciously. LoL.

Don't knock the thread too hard. It comes up just prior to every new release of FS (in the calm before the storm.) I don't think anyone takes this controversy too seriously anymore.
