FS ai lights reborn Pro edition amazing support

Recommended Posts

Gentlemen and ladies sometimes you come against very friendly and supportive people or companies.

Was yesterday purchasing FS ai lights reborn Pro edition and for the first time in my digital purchase histories, I probably messed up the purchase process 😨

In short I didn't received the download link or product key, after contacting FS reborn support Simbol wend far beyond what I ever experienced with customer support.

He even sent me a download link and a product key in advance, so I could already enjoy the product while we where sorting out the payment details.

I would like to share it with our fellow simmers here that there are still true gentlemen and a fellow simmer spirit in this community.

Product is really great and transformed my AI fleet in a far more immersive experience.

Great guy Simbol and extremely helpful.

Cheers,

Does not surprise me to hear this. @simbol has always been quick to assist with his Reborn Lights programs and very willing to go beyond by helping us with all of our P3D queries.

A developer deserving of the praise.

He does spend a ton of time here on the forums helping folks to solve problems, and offering enlightened opinions on many topics. Really an all-around great asset for those of us with less knowledge and fewer skills.

Kind Regards,

Thanks everyone for such kind words. It helps a lot to see such wonderful comments after lots of hard work.

Was reading this thread to my wife while we were driving to a park with our daughter and we both were very touched.

Next year will be an interesting time for this hobby. Rest assured I am going to be here for all of you and be part of everything. There are lots of things happening behind the scenes, and I wanted to let you all know I am fighting with all I got so we all get the best possible for our beloved hobby.

And after reading all your comments today + a couple of nice emails I received during the weekend, it made me feel even stronger now to continue working even harder.

We will release interesting news by December or January 2020 so stay tuned.. FSReborn will continue to grow and keep delivering the best you guys deserve for your simulators..

In the meantime, enjoy your flights.. I am planning to do a few later and of course it will be night time flying 😉

All the best,

Simbol
