Hi guys,I need to download all my Carenado GA aircraft, replacement keys etc, for reinstallation, but am getting no reply from them.Unfortunately their addons weren't available at the likes of SimMarket or Flight1 at the time I purchased them, so they were all purchased and downloaded directly from the Carenado website. Otherwise reinstallation would be somewhat easier!Does anyone have any experience of their support? Perhaps they are just busy and a bit behind with support replies? Al,I have a lot of Carenado add-ons, and none of them have any key code. All you need is the original installer .exe file and you should be fine. (You *did* have a backup didn't you?)I've never had to contact them for tech support, so can't help there.

I have about 10 700mb CD's with the last 3 years worth of FS2004 freeware and payware packages and downloads, but after searching them thoroughly, I can find absolutely none of my Carenado .exe's. The only thing I have is the C206 extension pack, but that was bought from SimMarket fairly recently.I have sent another email, so hopefully there will be a response sometime soon!Regards,Al.

WHen I boiught the Cessna 206 'Stationair' I saved the download to disk. I think most people do.I did notice though, that Carenado will allow up to three downloads of your purchase by you.If you have exceeded that limit, you will have to rely on their compassion. Be patient and hope?

Success!I received an email yesterday evening, with the links to download 3 of my 5 Carenado aircraft. It seems that only 3 were registered to my email address, so I've mailed back with details of my old email, and hopefully then I may be able to get the other two as well! Not overly fussed about the lack of the Bonanza, as its a little dated now, but I still love the C210, so would like to get that reinstalled!The setups are now safely backed-up!
