For a "gaming" PC it should work OK.  I am talking about things like Grand Theft Auto or some other "shoot-em-up" type of game. If for flight sims, then you will need something a little stronger in the CPU dept.

Depending on what sim you want.. 4-4.5 GZ would be more what you need.

None of these are "good" sim PCs.  

The first PC is 8 years old.
The second PC is not overclockable and has a horrible GPU.
The third PC, being a laptop, will have very low clock speeds which are absolutely necessary for good performance in sims.  

I don't know what your purchase constraints are, but it seems like perhaps you're limited both on budget and perhaps even where you can buy the PC from.  

Perhaps you can share some of your purchase constraints with us so we can better assist you.

You can put together a decent system - at least a i7 4790K and GTX1070 for a decent price

Better to build your own, rather than throwing money away on a pre-build.
