registration code

Recommended Posts

Hello.

How long does it take to get a registration code? Two weeks ago I paid for an upgrade from Version 6 to 7 and in the meantime I sent three mails. No answer and no registraion code yet. Bad customer service is one thing, not to deliver what customers paid for is another thing.

there has been confusion over recent times as to how & whom to contact re purchases in the first instance & for follow up...... others may be more informed & able to better help but have you tried https://rcsimulations.co.uk/ who i "believe" have been an integral part of voxatc sales for many a year.

for now, cheers

Thank you for your answer. I sent an email to rcsimulations two days ago but no answer yet. I will let you know if there should be something new.

rcsimulations website mentioned on website http://www.rcsimulations.com/ isn't working at all.  I am going test out the demo today but wondering if I have to buy it - what is the procedure.  Why do devs make it hard

Shop is not up and running, but the email is live for questions, serial numbers, etc. Try here to see if the old shopping site is still active:

Thanks - if I do buy the license - Do I just go on voxatc site at https://voxatc.com/Home.aspx/Register

What really happens once I get to enter my name and email on there - does it take me to paypal page? etc

18 months ago for my Vox 7 purchase, yes.

then a PayPal non-member credit card transaction followed by an email from info@voxatc.com with the registration code (within the day)

Paypal details of seller were........ Internal Workings at sales@voxatc.com.

all smooth as ... THEN !

Finally I got my money back but it was really strange. I bought it from Vox ATC, then I contacted RC Simulation (because VOX ATC customer service is the worst I have ever seen) and obviously RC Simulations solved the problem because I got a refund from Internal Workings. Why are there three companies working on the same thing?

i was hoping to hear you had a registration code ..... but your call obviously (or was it ?)

voxatc is one "leading" addon in my opinion but i can understand why many shy away because of the lack of support etc. for what are / seem to be "minor and / or explainable nuances".

it seems further sales are unlikely given your experience.

I ordered the VoxATC program again (because the program itself is great from my point of view), but I did it via RC Simulations. The process went very smoothly and I got my registration within 24 hours. They did a great job.

It's good to hear that it's still available for purchase. I'm hanging on  for dear life to VOXATC until MSFS is released, with the hope that MS produces AI and ATC of equivalent quality to VOXATC. Nothing else comes close.

I, too, have tried to upgrade this great bit of software from v6 to v7 and been confused with the different websites and companies.

I purchased on the RC Simulations site and swiftly received an email from carol@rcsimulations entitled 'Your files for download' with a link to download a file. However, the link went to a page which is no longer working. Over the next hour or so I received further emails from Carol advising that my order was ready for dispatch and then that it had been dispatched, followed by an email from RC Simulations saying that my order had been invoiced. Each email appeared to be basically a copy of the invoice. I then received a a further email from Carol with three attachments; two further copies of the invoice and my Right to Withdraw. I did email Carol just before Christmas asking for clarification on what I needed to do next but was merely told to enter the code.

The RC Simulations site clearly states 'Original Serial no Required. Serial no Are Not Automated' so I assumed that at some point I would need to re-enter my old v6 code, but I have never been asked for it. I have since noticed that there's a Registration page on the VoxATC site which does ask for your v6 serial number before taking you to the PayPal site.

Only this morning have a looked again at the two identical invoices attached to Carol's email and noticed an additional line with a code. Duh! I've tried this code to register and it worked immediately.

Moral of the story - when you receive multiple emails with multiple copies of an invoice, study each one and look for an extra line!
