Coupon codes rejected

Hello,

 I am trying to buy the GNS 530W V2 FltSim and take advantage of your Bundle Sale offer by adding the GNS 430W V2 FltSim. When I try to enter the .cpn code I get the response "The coupon you selected is not a valid coupon file for this transaction" This is very odd as I am using the correct coupon codes.

Can you please help resolve this issue?

Hi,

Please note: you have to purchase 1 product to get started, only then you can apply the coupon to the 2nd purchase.

Since we've now published our 30% Black Week Sale coupon, you might want to apply the 30% on the 1st purchase too!

You might want to try again and see if this works now? This could have been a temporary outage on the e-commerce servers.

Many thanks, Jean-Luc. Purchased both the 530 and 430 and obtained the 50% discount on the second purchase as advertised 👍.

Didn't understand your second paragraph - how do I apply the 50% to the first purchase?

Sorry for the typo (now corrected above), it should have read 30% instead of 50%.
