Just wondering if anyone could point me to a payware or good quality freeware Ben Gurion Airport that works with P3D v4.5?

Maybe a year back I heard that David Rosenfeld was working on a v3 of LLBG for P3Dv4, but nothing since.  I'm using his v2 (FSX) airport with a bunch of ADE and GSX2 enhancements...not ideal, but better than default.

Are those enhancements and fixes available somewhere?

Well I hope to see David‘s LLBG for P3D v4 as soon as it is possible. I have been following his work and what can be seen already is awesome. 

I hope David won‘t get caught up in perfectionism and delay the release over and over again.
