750 and duet not touch working

Recommended Posts

so i am using xplane 11.4  with duet and an ipad in order to get the 750gtn to work on the ipad  ( additional screen for the gauge)

I can get things going pretty well in that  i can get the ipad recognized and i can move the 750gtn  to the ipad

BUT....when i move the 750 to my ipad i am unable to use the touch funtion of the ipad to manipulate 750 functions. nothing works

I can only use the ipad with a mouse. Is  it possible to use my finger to operate the 750 functions on the ipad  becuase it is not working for me

Help please

This is a Reality XP support forum for FSX/P3D.  There is also an RXP support forum for X Plane users.  I suggest you post this in that Reality XP GTN forum for X Plane.  Just back up a level or two in the forums and you will find it.

Hi,

yes this the very nature of the iPad to interface with touch gestures only. However, you're not running the iPad Os native feature here, you're running a 3rd party application, Duet.

Is this application transforming iPad touch inputs into Windows mouse clicks to the screen it is displaying?
