No, but that was what i was talking about initially. When you have such high performance with everything else, FSL is the odd man out.

If most people are happy with 20-30fps, i'm not - Maybe with a GSYNC monitor in the future.

Not everywhere, but at busy airports I fly into, Aerosoft EDDF, for instance, it stays well above 30. In flight it will stay quite a bit above 60 fps, yes. 

And I have a GYNC monitor (Asus 34" PG348Q)

 

Not sure why yiu have issues. I'm guessing you have a setting somewhere that is too high.
