P3D4.5 Key combinations

Hi anyone can help me please why som key combinations does not work?

like GSX menu with the keyboard combination keys doesn’t pop up. 
Need to open the Addins menu to work

Please help me

assign  the  keys  for  gsx  to open in the  options  in p3d key  controls
