Great product release. congratulations.
I installed immediately, but do not load any AI.
How can I specify the scan destination?
please tell me.
Thank you.

Hi Miyoski,

What AI model package do you have?

Simbol

Do not read all.O_O

Hi there, check 2 things:

1) Custom packages AI models as yours cannot have panels inside the AI models or they will be considered as user flyable airplane and be skipped.

2) The detection process requires AI models to be outside of the P3D ecosystem. Read this for steps:

let me know if this helps, if not we can schedule a teamviewer session to get you sorted.

I was late to reply. I'm sorry.
The fundamental solution has not been reached.
However, this solution has worked differently.
It is a coincident.
I made AI individually for passenger planes in addition to ORBX. These were not read.
However, when MAIW AI was introduced, it was suddenly scanned. Information from a friend. However, the amount of MAIW objects is tremendous, putting pressure on SSDs. XDFSPX.AIA.FAIB.FTX AU.RavenFSL.TFS.UTT.

I don't know the reason for your company's light or MAIW, but it takes almost 10 minutes to start P3D for about 1 minute.

I want to eliminate these problems.
However, changing the AI location may not display the AI properly. I'd like you to suggest something.

Thank you.

Miyoshi,

I think we have a bit of a language barrier.  Two things:

A) MAIW has lots of models, and this can cause slowdowns to load the sim. This has nothing to do with AI Lights Reborn

B) I don't fully understand what do you mean by this:

This suggestion may be harsh, but I want to load the Sim Objects folder. Is there any setting method?

Can you please elaborate better?

I am Japanese. I can't speak English at all. Everything is Google accuracy. (Lol)
Write in short text. please forgive me.
① All passenger aircraft AIs were in \ prepar3d v4 \ simobjects \ airplanes.
(2) At this point, your software did not read my AIs.
(3) Installation of MAIW was completed on a trial basis.
④ Effects have been applied to all AI aircraft, default fighters, and GSX objects.
⑤ This is also a trial. After uninstalling MAIW, launching your software and pressing the scan button did not load any AI machines again.
⑥ You can't help but reinstall MAIW, and now your software effects are applied to all machines.

My hope.
I want to be able to decide the application of your software freely.
FAIBonly ... FAIB and etc1 and etc2 ...

I pray that this translation will come to you.

Thank you.

You need to move your AI models outside of the base sim. This is how all new AI packages work now.

I suggest you to install AIGM-OCI. It uses all the freeware AI models you have and handles much more traffic and it is also more accurate. It is also 100 percent compatible with AI Lights Reborn Professional.

HI Miyoshi!

As Simbol already said, Alpha India Group and their One-Click installer (https://www.alpha-india.net/forums/index.php?topic=28686.0) is a powerful and easy tool to get AI. If you want to move your own AI traffic out of the P3D main folder I would recommend to use the add-on.xml method (https://www.prepar3d.com/SDKv4/sdk/add-ons/add-on_packages.html). You can use Notepad++ (https://notepad-plus-plus.org/) as XML editor for this.

This is the content of my own add-on.xml:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<SimBase.Document Type="AddOnXml" version="4,0" id="add-on">
  <AddOn.Name>AI Traffic - Aircraft</AddOn.Name>
  <AddOn.Description>AI Traffic - Aircraft</AddOn.Description>

  <AddOn.Component>
    <Category>SimObjects</Category>
    <Path>D:\Prepar3D Add-on\AI Traffic - Aircraft</Path>
  </AddOn.Component>

  <AddOn.Component>
    <Category>Effects</Category>
    <Path>D:\Prepar3D Add-on\AI Traffic - Aircraft\effects</Path>
  </AddOn.Component>

  <AddOn.Component>
    <Category>Scenery</Category>
    <Path>D:\Prepar3D Add-on\AI Traffic - Aircraft\scenery</Path>
    <Name>AI Traffic - Aircraft</Name>
  </AddOn.Component>

  <AddOn.Component>
    <Category>Texture</Category>
    <Path>D:\Prepar3D Add-on\AI Traffic - Aircraft\texture global</Path>
    <Type>GLOBAL</Type>
  </AddOn.Component>

  <AddOn.Component>
    <Category>Scripts</Category>
    <Path>D:\Prepar3D Add-on\AI Traffic - Aircraft\Scripts</Path>
  </AddOn.Component>
</SimBase.Document>

Take all the time you need and we are here for you if you need any help.

And, the add-on.xml method looks more complicate than it is in reality. Basically, you just need to copy your simobjects, bgls and effects (and lua.scripts if you have models that use them) to new corresponding folders outside of the sim and replace the folder paths with your own paths.

Best,
Christoph
