December 15, 20196 yr Came back to xplane after giving it a rest for a bit, and noticed that in the monitor tab of MCE, where there used to always be the "takeoff from" box, with parameters such as VR, V1, V2, transition altitude, and runway, the box has been replaced with "destination" (or something to that effect) and instead has different values like VREF etc. The problem is that now I cannot assign the V speeds, or takeoff runway. There are no callouts on takeoff. If I say something like "active runway 22 left" it is ignored. Any way I can fix this? (flying x-plane) EDIT: I also noticed that my version is out of date. Is there an easy way to update without overwriting all of my settings? I can only find the "download the demo" file on the downloads page. Sorry, this is a great plugin, but finding any documentation is pretty difficult.

Sorry, this is a great plugin, but finding any documentation is pretty difficult. Un-install previous version via Windows Control Panel. Do not delete anything manually. Download latest version Download(save) to your hard drive, unzip and run "InstallMCE". Accept default installation path and set "X-Plane.exe" to run as administrator so that MCE can receive data from it without interference. The issue you reported could have been caused as a result of MCE not seeing aircraft on ground. I also suggest you run the app wizard briefly. No need for speech training every time you update. Windows menu Start->All Apps->Multi Crew X-Plane->Run app wizard. Let us know whether issue is still there. Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com
December 15, 20196 yr Author Just installed the new version, and also made sure to run the x-plane.exe as an administrator. Working fine now. Thanks!
