OK, these might be some stupid question more, but I would like to know in order to operate correctly.

Do you extend flaps for t/o in any conditions? How much flaps do you use during the approach and landing?

No flaps for t/o and the (initial) approach, full flaps for landing.

Although it's possible to extend the flaps at their limiting speed, it's good practise to extend them at much lower speeds, e.g. 10-20kts below the respective limit.
