Missing Missions in FSX SE

Recommended Posts

I have never really had a problem like this before, and I am just wondering if there is a quick and easy Solution. I have been using FSX SE for a little over a year now. Just noticed after having a little problem with Flight Planner, that there was only one Mission in the Sim. And after doing a little Research, I decided to do a complete Clean Install. I deleted anything related to FSX SE, including Folders in the C:Drive. After installing Steam and FSX, same thing. I have read a few Post on this Issue but still haven't found a solution. Any help is Graetly Appreciated.

Hi,

I use FSX + Accpack DVD version, but essentially they should appear the same as SE.

Does your Missions Panel resemble the picture below.

Have you selected  in the All Categories sections  " (All Categories) & (All Skill Levels)" your list of mission types should be well populated in the scroll list.

I can't think of anything else, other than the Missions folder being empty that would prevent the displayed missions list.

Have you tried verifying the game files?

To verify your game files please do the following:

1. Load the Steam platform and log into your account
2. Click the Library tab in the menu at the top of the screen
3. Click the List View from the view options on the top right of the screen
4. Right click on Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition to bring up a popup menu
5. Click on Properties from the popup menu to bring up another popup box
6. Click on Local files from the popup box menu
7. Click on Verify integrity of game cache from the Local file options
8. Wait for the progress bar to finish verifying your files. Additional files may download
9. Restart Steam
10. Restart Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition
