VFX Central/Chaseplane Account blocked again

I have  2 pc  ( older and newer ) and 2 accounts and 2 purchased chaseplane software

On the second newer pc after 4 weeks successful use they suspend me 2 days ago for no reason.

I reported tis immediately to their support but response is not arrived.

I purchased chaseplane again today and I received a additional activation serial.

But they request an additional account. I did not found a way to make a third account.

I have only 2 valid mail adresses.

A very unhappy situation.

You could always make a gmail account. Though it is hard to know why you purchased a new account when you have not sorted out the first.  I think it best to do that lest they cancel all.
