Aircraft initializing with all systems turned off and no fue

Recommended Posts

Hi!

From sometime ago, everytime I launch a flight in FSX, all my aircraft is initializing with all systems turned off (Master, radios, engine etc.) and no fuel. How do I setup it to initialize with the engine running and master power and radios turned on as default?

Go into your FSX.cfg and find the line situation=delete anything in that line AFTER the =.  This will reset your default flight to the Friday Harbor flight.

Awaiting the new Microsoft Flight Sim and the purchase of a new system.  Running a Chromebook for now!

Or put fuel into the tanks, start the engines, turn on all the required switches and save the flight. Don't forget to use check the box 'make this the default flight' box.

The Trike isn't the perfect choice for the default flight because it doesn't necessarily initialize all systems correctly due to its lack of systems. E.g. the default 172, or 208 would be better.
