The FSL A321 Paint Kit has not yet been released. A select few painters have received an advanced copy of the kit...the reason you are seeing a few repaints becoming available.

FWIW, the HAL and ASA A321s are all A321neo jets with different engines (LEAP-1A or PW1100M) and performance than the A321 CFM/IAE versions modelled by FSL.

But I'm sure someone will eventually do a fictional paint of those liveries on the CFM/IAE birds...as Rob pointed out, without a paint kit the logjam of requests won't be clearing out very quickly.
