Steves DX10 Fix not accepting payments

Hello,

I tried to purchase Steves DX10 Fix from his website but it rejected not one, but ALL my credit cards.

So, I'm either in serious financial trouble (of which I'm not aware because they work everywhere else and balances are all positive),

or there's something wrong at his site.

 

Anyone know if his files are still available?

Hi,

I use fastspring as a reseller so I am afraid that it’s their systems that are rejecting your credit cards.  As I understand it they in turn use use 3rd party checking systems....

 I can try and raise this case with them if you like and see if I can get them to accept your card.

They were both VISA, from different banks.   Bought a few things yesterday...no problems.  Balances good.  Can't imagine they don't accept Visa ????
