I don't know how to get to the support forum to report a problem. Win10 on my sim machine - not Enterpris - all Win Updates current.

I did however attempt to install the Xbox Insider Hub, but it kept reporting a "new version is available" and then simply stopped working. I had to use the "three-finger-salute" to close the stalled .exe file. <sigh>

I am in same boat, currently getting support from  MS on forum access

One thing you can try for the windows store... type WSReset in the search bar of the Windows Menu. Run the command and wait a few minutes and logged back into the store. see if that sorts it out

Someone on Reddit mentioned they just got theirs. This is four reports from this wave so far.

EDIT: Spotted two more reports in the last half hour as well. Seems like they're sending some more right now.
