So then the invitation message i've received was a fake one ! 

well ...  as i was an "early bird" signer i was hoping to gain access at least to this run.

why the fake one ?

if tou take a look at reddit, few only can download, and for all, nobody receive second email with instruction, and the download is not complete....

better to wait the second email, and after launch the xbox insider hub....

 

and secondly regional, because US are positive actualy....  the deploy can take few days, need to be patient. the original plan was to send between the 27th and the 31st. as it's obviously only starting (according to the reddited posts) now, well it's not all going to start this day

Did you get the email from Microsoft to provide the download link or you just find the download in Xbox Insider Hub?

According to the NDA agreement.

You are not allowed to do the following.

Quote

3. Do not describe any part of the Game on any venue unless we’ve instructed you to.
4. Do not allow others to watch you play the Game.
5. Do not leave the Game running unattended.

Posting a fact that you are downloading the insider build doesn't seem to follow any of those.

Yeah my nerves are shot so I need to "Calm Down" also.  Finally got Windows updated to 1909 that got the Xbox Insider Hub app to install, but not seeing the build.  I'm waiting on the 2nd e-mail on the install instructions hope that does the trick.
