PTA 2.66 of simtweaks identified as a trojan by antivirus

I´ve got a P3D 4.5 and I want to improve it with PTA 2.66 but my antivirus software identified it a virus (Trojan.win32.Phpw.abcu).
Of course I didn´t complete installation and antivirus removed the thread immediately, but I saw here in this forum things like "false positive".
Even said that it was submitted to Microsoft to get it cleared from their blacklist, but Kaspersky, which is more reliable than Microsoft, keeps saying that it´s a virus.
