Some minor bugs and improvements for fixing in 1.9

Despite noch having the new version yet there are some minor bugs that are already present that might be addressed. I just list them in no particular order:

1. I have brought this up on Facebook already but please, please, please lower the volume of the GPU, APU and fuel truck sounds. They are louder then the engine and are killing the immersion. Mark said on Facebook that they can be adjusted as Windows sounds. But that is not the solution to me as it did not work and also messing with my windows sounds for one plane would not be the best solution. Maybe make a louder and quieter option or a slider. Or please point me that were i could adjust them myself in the config. 
 

2. APU sound disappears when stetting the power switch to external.
I know this is not the correct way of operation but switching to external power the APU sound completly disappears. Even this an improper operation the APU would not just stop because if have flicked that switch ;).
 

3. Not a bug but it would be great if you could darken the cockpit sunshades a bit. Currently they are barely visible and being a bit darker they would be great. I have tried to do it myself but was unable to locate the texture. 
 

4. D-AKKM repaint
As a German this bugs me: The registration would have to be D-BKKM. In Germany planes are sorted by weight in their respective classes and here only D-Bxxx would be correct. Maybe you could invest the 10 minutes to change that because the paint is otherwise great :).

5. SimConnect the transponder to VATSIM vPilot and IVAO.
Could you please connect the transponder to the VATSIM and IVAO clients. What I mean is when the transponder is switched on it automatically does so on the online network. Most  addons miss that in the beginning but all mayor addons can do it these days 🙂. Maybe you can have a look. From what I have learned it should not be to complicated for an experience developer like Mark.
