Outstanding Support!

Recommended Posts

I just had an interaction with the Flysimware Support Team regarding two of their products I purchased through FSPilotShop. It has renewed my faith in product support!

I described the problem I had, they answered with the solution (in 1 day!), and lo and behold, I am now the grateful owner of updated copies of their Lear and Mitsubishi products.

Thank you, Flysimware Support! Really excellent job, well done!

Flysimware is one of those unique entities that actually cares about their customers.  Some of the big name developers, I won't mention names because they Care-not-o and are A-lame-o, could take lessons from Flysimware.

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

In general i think that new way of providing support via ticket system sucks, recently i had my experience ( not Flysimware ) - few days waiting, finally solved issue by myself.

I had the same experience with them. Completely opposite of FSPilot Shop. Now I try to buy directly from the developers. Carenado transfered my purchase also.

When I downloaded the transferred license version it was the same as the FSPilotShop version, so I did not have to update. So, no: they did not mention anything about a "pending" update.

FSPIlotShop posted online they were updating their website and so we just wanted to allow transfers of the L35 because it just had a major update. But i know see that it seems FSPILOTSHOP is out of business and you can transfer any Flysimware product. I am updating right now the thread that has instruction to transfer products. Feel free to contact us soon!

I have been away from FSX for 5 years and decided to get back into the sim. When I couldn't find my disc with my Flysimware MU-2B-60, I went to FSPilotShop and found out they have stopped selling the product. When I contacted Flysimware about wanting to download the MU-2 from their site, Flysimware added it to my account the next day. I was very happy. I would recommend them for 3rd party products for any of the flight sim platforms. I'm sure I will be purchasing the Flysimware MU-2 when I change over to MSFS.

Yep, as soon as they have the Lear, MU-2, and especially the Falcon available for MSFS - instant buy for me. They have great products and they stand behind them!
