Problems APU PMDG 747-400 P3D V4

Hi,

Is there anybody in this Forum who can assist me in solving a problem with APU?

When I startup a Cold & Dark situation and turn on the battery and then the APU, within 5 minutes

the APU is shutting down by itself...

Need to keep that APU switch fully to the right for about 15-20 seconds then release, then a few seconds later, the APU 'available' neon should light up.

Thanks for your reply..! Yes I did and the APU is running, but within 5 minutes the APU is shutting down itself...!

Have you got your APU Start Source switch to TRU or Battery?
