Problems 747 Immersion

Hello sorry my english... I bought a few days ago can't get it to work properly uninstalled and deleted the folder Parallel 42. C - programs files installed from scratch several times and I still have the same problem, I can only see the previews blue and the rest is all dead it doesn't give me greens.

Run as administrator I also turn off windows defender disabled PTA installed the simulator from scratch but nothing to do I don't get out of it also tried with windows firewall...

When you expand each effect, there is a text on the left explaining what weather conditions are required for the effects to show.
