EFB on PMDG 737NGXu

Recommended Posts

I just wanted to ask the same question 🙂 , as I have understood it was not supported by PMDG. But maybe after the latest update it is?

Guys,

I'd be more than happy but we need PMDG to update the SDK.

You can all help by raising a ticket with them to show community interest.

Mark

Mark,

It looks as if the relevant SDK file has been updated because it includes a whole EFB EVT section towards the end of the file (see the "PMDG_NG3_SDK_h" file in the LM\PMDG\PMDG 737 NGXu\SDK folder),.  However, for some peculiar reason most of the document names, dates etc still refer to the older NGX aircraft.

Hi Bertie,

no, the SDK is still incomplete.

So guys - the only way to expedite this is to raise a ticket with PMDG.

And just ask them to make the relevant SDK available for 3rd party developers to get access to EFB data just as with the 747-8.

Feel free to link to this thread / to aviaworx.com

Is it safe to assume that PMDG has not acted on this yet?

Didn't see PMDG acting on anything for a while after their 777 update....
