No its not. But some/many of us have lost access. MS is looking into it.

Check users in the dropdown  next to Your Avatar and see if You have the badge.

Yeah, there has been an ongoing issue.  I've tried clearing caches and cookies and all the previous advice, but I'm pretty sure it's on their end.  They have escalated it and are working on it, per an email response just a few minutes ago from support.  "Please be patient ..."

Hmmm, and there was me just taking its word for it that the forum is not ready and coming soon. You mean it's already there but many of us just can't access it?
