ChasePlane not updating

Hi,

long-time happy user of ChasePlane, now migrated successfully. Working beautifully.
Since some time, on P3Dv4.5 booting I get a message that ChasePlane cannot connect for updating.
In fact, I am stuck at  v. 1.1.65.

The error message suggests cases (i.e. multiple P3D instances running, or antivirus) which do not seem apply to my case.
A solution would most welcome. In the worst case, I would accept to update it manually, but I do find any means to do this in the program.

1.1.65 is currently the latest.

The error message is a bug that has been fixed in this latest version

1.1.65 is an experimental version?My chaseplane current version is 1.0.51

Not to my knowledge. I usually let it update by itself, and I have that option unchecked.

1.0.51 is the OldProp version. You can migrate your products to the Orbx store to get the latest version

Does that mean I have to deal with Orbx and Australian currency for future products? I was never able to get any products from the Orbx store for that reason and many other users had the same issue. Chaseplane has been great software and I wouldn’t want to be locked out of future products because of the Orbx store.

I would like to see a stand alone installer to download from the orbx site.

Orbx Central is killing my Scenery ordering for any reason 😞

Check the ' Enable Legacy Layering' box in Settings - Insertion Point and you can specify the old layering method.

Of course in true Orbx fashion every time Orbx Central gets updated it's going to reset the checkbox, so you'll need to tick it again.
