That is neither a RealTraffic error nor a PSXSeeconTraffic error.

It is a coding error in your installed liveries. You should define an aircraft.cfg file with the line atc_model=E75L in the [General] section, and you should put your KLM livery definition in that file.

For example, I have KLM175's for Raven FS Labs E175NW Revision 3:

[fltsim.4]
title=E75L KLM Cityhopper PH-EXL
sim=RFS_E17X
model=NW_rev3
texture=KLM Cityhopper
atc_id=PH-EXL,PH-EXG,PH-EXH,PH-EXI,PH-EXJ,PH-EXK
atc_airline=KLM
ui_manufacturer=RAI - Embraer
ui_type=E75L
ui_variation=KLM Cityhopper - PH-EXL
description=Raven AI Labs Embraer EMB-175 KLM Cityhopper - PH-EXL
atc_parking_codes=KLM
atc_parking_types=GATE

[fltsim.5]
title=E75L KLM Cityhopper PH-EXP
sim=RFS_E17X
model=NW_rev3
texture=KLM Cityhopper 100 years
atc_id=PH-EXM,PH-EXN,PH-EXO,PH-EXP,PH-EXR,PH-EXS,PH-EXT,PH-EXU,PH-EXW,PH-EXX,PH-EXZ
atc_airline=KLM
ui_manufacturer=RAI - Embraer
ui_type=E75L
ui_variation=KLM Cityhopper - PH-EXP
description=Raven AI Labs Embraer EMB-175 KLM Cityhopper - PH-EXP
atc_parking_codes=KLM
atc_parking_types=GATE

[General]
atc_type=EMBRAER
atc_model=E75L

i have the same config as you Niko I agree it should be E75L  and raven ai is the same as yours,

but aftershut down it shows this in the config file it advises below its looking for a E75S

************************************** live traffic livery matching summary ***************************************
Wed Feb 19 20:58:57 2020 (utc)
107 liveries needed
86% (93) were completely matched, of which 17% (16) upon registration code (r), of which 50% (8) exact (R)!
 =s= 7 liveries for airline and similar type generated
 =x= 6 random liveries for type
 =d= 1 default livery generated

The missing liveries were for the following airlines and type codes:
  AFR E170
  ETD B78X
  KLM E75S
*******************

this was running at EHAM  (ive fixed the AFR and ETD)

Aha i see.That then looks like wrong data coming from RealTraffic or the data source RT is using.

Could you check in FR24 what type FR24 gave for the KLM flight?

You can fix this problem easily by adding the registration codes to your KLM liveries, just like I did. See the examples in one of my previous posts.
