After a couple of decades of casual flight simming I'd become cautious of which developers to buy International Airports from and up to the other day there was only 3 devs. on the list (4 if you count ORBX). They are pretty obviously FSDT, FB and FT. I'm definitely on a hiatus from buying addons but when I saw MK-Studios EIDW on sale for 30% off, I couldn't resist since its my home town. I hardly ever fly in Europe despite having much of the accoutrements installed. Most of my sim time in spent in PNW. But what I want to say was that perhaps EIDW is the best addon airport I have seen to date in the sim. It looks fantastic and the performance for that visual quality is definitely the best I've seen. I just took a short flight from Cardiff to Dublin. It was a nice evening in Cardiff but did I get hammered by a huge storm on the approach into Dublin in the NGXu. Heavy wind shear and I'm sure I got waked by a supercell down draft. Nearly lost it. And all in VR. I departed Cardiff just after 1900 UTC on 2017-06-21 if anyone wants to try it (ASN). Anyway well done MK-Studios.

I hope that I am not breaking rules but where is the MK-Studios EIDW on sale?

Looking forward to fly to EIDW as i also got it on sale. Do you also have ORBX/FTX Ireland or is it ok with OPENLCEU ?

Will try a trip in the A319 this weekend (EGLL-EIDW BA830)

Performance is good.

+1 Performance on my system is good (5.3ghz, 5ghz NB, 6 cores, 16gb 4400mhz CL18-19-19, 2080ti). Approach and taxing to gate is a constant 30fps and just as smooth as can be. I cannot say the same for all addons airports with the same setting, that my system holds 30fps though the entire approach taxi to gate. This is about the most annoying flaw in P3D. Although its a lot better than it used to be.

Has anyone tried the Prealsoft Dublin v2 with the MK-Studios EIDW? If so, how realistic is the cityscape and does it require any photoreal scenery to apply it (as is the case for e.g. Prealsoft London)?

may be will orbx publish Ireland in true-earth ?

Dublin quickly becoming my Europe hub airport. EIN when I want to fly Airbus and RYR for the 737. Shame Shannon and Belfast are not represented in P3D.

UK2000 Xtreme versions of EGAA Belfast International and EGAC Belfast City are available, as Rafal has pointed out. I agree though that EINN Shannon should be top of the list for addon developers at this stage.
