Nice!  IRL Nolinor has started doing glass cockpit retrofits for it’s 732s, those birds still have some life left in them!

Just when I watched a lot of videos about Nolinor on YouTube, then I had a desire to give a new life to my Boeing.

I bought this CS732/Adv back in 2017, but the lack of modern navigation or at least a CIVA didn't allow me to fly often and the plane was mostly parked in a hangar.

Now that I have a GTN750 is a good way to properly execute SID STAR. I will adjust the coordinates of the GTN in the window from the radar a little more and publish it in this topic, for those who are also interested in it as I am.

I made a few corrections and now the GTN750 is exactly in its place.

I think I forgot to mention - this is RealityXP GTN750!

To install the gauge in place of the radar, you need to make a change in the file panel.cfg for the desired aircraft model (different modifications-737-200, 737-200Advanced, Combi, etc. - panel.cfg located in the appropriate folder of the aircraft /panel).

[Window04]
size_mm=100,100
window_pos=0.000000,0.101010
window_size=0.487662,0.797980
visible=1
always_visible=0
zorder=99
background_color=0,0,0
ident=GPS_PANEL
gauge00=rxpGTN!GTN_750_1, 0, 0,100,100
gauge01=CONTROL_PANEL!clipboard GTN750 REALITYXP 1,   0,39,14,55

[VCockpit11]
size_mm=1432,1364
pixel_size=1432,1364
texture=$WXSP
background_color=0,0,0
gauge00=rxpGTN!GTN_750_1,0,670,427,296,NO_BEZEL

Now it looks like this:

Prepar3D_2020-02-24_00-34-13-49.jpg

But navigation is not the most important thing. There is a modification for this aircraft that corrects the aerodynamics and engine characteristics. It became possible to use the FCOM in flight to correctly set the engine thrust. In addition, this mod already has a V-One (authored by Paul Tally), which helps a lot in flight. To get this mod, contact me at PM..

After installing RXP GTN750, you may notice that the device screen is too dim. These are the properties of the aircraft model itself.

Anyone who is really interested this aircraft with navigation GTN750, contact me at PM, I will tell you how to make the device screen clear and bright.

Thanks, I use the F1 GTN750 but I may try giving it a shot anyway since the coordinates etc should be the same.

Hello!

I keep improving this old bird for P3D4.5. Night flights are now more interesting than during the day. Cozy night lighting. Additional lighting from FSLSpotlights makes a soft night light with a multi-option setting. I had to work with the night textures of the original gauges to display them correctly at night. If someone else flies on this plane and my mod will be interesting, write me to the PM, I will share my experience.
