Avsim Hardware Warning

Hello

I been trying to post in Hardware, but when I click on the link I get a warning , This site can damage your computer.

Can someone explain.

I have no problem accessing the AVSIM Hardware forum.  I have moved your question into the appropriate forum.  Your computer's antivirus program may be giving you a false indication.  Have you forced an antivirus scan lately?

You have said "while clicking on the link"!  Did you mean the forum Heading?

No it’s when look down the google browser, or Safari on iPad, 

Don't know how to send you the link. But open Safari type in Avsim Hardware , and look at the list, one states , This site may dammar your computer.

Got the same warning by using this link (Edge)

But it's pretty obvious that this isn't an official Avsim link and the warning already appears in the google search page.

OK, I understand and FDEdev is spot on with his statement.  Don't believe everything is good when Google searching.  Lots of links to things FSX go to very bad places.  Like some blogspots!  Google search with care.

Actually, that link looks to be some type of intentional diversion or unofficial mirror of the AVSIM site, one that may have been purposely designed to harm a comp uter, so in this case I would at least investigate that and Google may well be right.
