Invalid licence, contact vendor (resolved)

Hi,

i have purchased the GTN650 and GTN750 for PD3V4.

After i have installed GTN with E-commerc software, i tried to use GTN 650 and GTN750.

Unfortunely only one of GTN startup with the message : Invalid licence...

So i have tried all recommendations that i found it in this forum

Reinstall after check that:

- "C\realityX" folder with .lic inside (gtn650/750) OK

- I put licence in folder "C:\Users\ADMIN\Documents\Reality XP"

- .lic in all folder indicate in this topics https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/550479-invalid-licence-no-650-resolved/?tab=comments#comment-3974380,

- Reactivate via Flght1 licence and reinstall via ecommerce after cleanup.

 

Have you got others procedures to fix my problem ?

Ok, but once booted, you should have a MSG flashing after a short while. What does it say?

You might want to press the 'CONTINUE' buttons until reaching the main GTN screen and explore the GTN features until a MSG flashes then?

It is not an installation problem but like the message is saying instead: "license locked"

Hello, l have same problem with  same messages.  I am unable to down load fresh copie as get message virus and windows deletes it ...

I have the licenses key but not sure where to put it.

I also have the same issue, with the above messege.

I tried moving back " RealityXP " folder with the lic key to "C:"  but it didn't work.
