Requests to Alpha-testers?

Recommended Posts

Hello to all lucky Alpha-testers!

Can I ask you to visit and post shots of the Italian Alps around Mont Blanc? I am particularly interested in the new rendering of the area around the ski resort Courmayeur. Take it as a challenge, and a way to test the new sim!

Cheers!

Are you asking them to break their NDA's?

They can't post the photos here though, because it's all under NDA... so I don't know what you are hoping to get out of this thread 😉

oh I see... I didn't realise they were under NDA. So I guess the images we see in the official updates are picked by Microsoft and redistributed?

So maybe we can ask the alpha-tester to send images of that region to Microsoft, hoping that they will chose them as "appropriate".

It was just for fun, anyway. Out of curiosity, really.

Cheers!

What I would like to see Microsoft post are some screenies of smaller GA airports.  Like on short final and from GA parking/ramps.  Would like to see how typical hometown airports are rendered.

I think people could think of hundreds of places they would like Alpha testers to take pictures of, so just wait for the game to be released, then you can go for a flight yourself over it.

MS will pick screenshots of places that presents the sim in the best way, and if the Italian Alps doesn't meet that criteria, they probably wont post them.

Of course no pictures, all testers are under a NDA.

WaIt a few months, maybe Microsoft will allow screen-shot requests thru their own forum with screening/approval by them.
