Problem with new version

Hi all!

I am not getting the menu to automatically pop up to respond to the ground crew, Also, I do not hear my voice confirming commands back. The selection on the aircraft profile is on voice but is grayed out and I cant change it as used to use the menu to reply...Any thoughts?

disregard- i got it to work now by reloading scenery...
