Sky Force 3D not showing images

Just opened the app to change some textures and nothing is showing up, it's just blank.

Anyone knows what causes this?

Had the exact same problem, opened a ticket with REX, complete uninstall and reinstall, redownloaded latest version. 0228 and all's well, weird how things just happen, don't forget to restore your textures first, good luck.

I had to do the same recently.

Aww, really?! I reinstalled it VERY recently due to the new version that was launched! It worked fine after the installation of the new version, and now, some days later, it's just bad. There must be something causing this.

It happened to me two weeks before the update was available.

There's obviously something wrong, new version seems to age's to load and it's not saving my airports, just tried it now, it's definitely annoying.

Now got the same issue.

Has anyone actually had a reply back from the support guys at REX because they have never replied to support tickets i have logged - really poor

When and where were these tickets logged? Keep in mind it's Easter weekend and our support is out until tomorrow.

Since moving our servers a couple weeks ago things have been running fine, but we are seeing very high demand right now, so it's probably related to that.

Through the REX support website - latest was 28th March. 

I received the following email :


This email is to inform you that your REX customer support ticket has been generated per your request. One of our specialists will be contacting you via email within 24 hours.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us at: support@rexgamestudios.com
 

Not heard anything even though I sent REX an email chasing a reply. 

Can you advise why the Sky Force 3D program is not showing the theme images?

Same^^.

Uninstall / re-install isn't really a solution. Hopefully REX can solve this soon.

And then one more time. Images are blank, can't select clouds (and skies, etc) based on their appearance because I can't see how they look like. Any known cause (and solution) for this???
