FSX-SE Please Can you help

Hi i have just downloaded from my Steam FSX steam edition. I have tried to load my add ons but they are asking me to first load service pack 1. Everytime i try to install sp1 i get the follwing message....THIS PACK REQUIRES THE ORIGINAL RELEASE OF FLIGHT SIMUATOR X PLEASE INSTALL FLIGHT SIMULATOR X AND THEN START SP1 INSTALLATION AGAIN. Please can you help?

Welcome to the AVSIM forums!   NO service packs need to be installed for FSX-SE!

Ive got add ons compatable with FSX but they are asking me to install SP1 i dont understand

The big question is......are they compatible with FSX-SE?  What addons are they?

It says on the box scenery expantion for Microsoft flight simulator X

VFR real scenery for the UK (just fkight)

I've had VFR Real install with no issues on FSX:SE on my machine. Then, when VFR Real 3D came out I upgraded to that, again with no issues - no messages about service packs.

Hmm.. you don't mean Windows 7 Service pack do you??

I dont know im running windows 10 im new to this
