March 23, 20206 yr I purchased the 650 and show it as a Separate window on its own screen. (iPad). When I touch certain spots to set frequencies etc, the whole GPS window just disappears. I have to go to the plugin menu in xplane, select the gps and click “show window” again. It is still running but for some reason just disappears on touch. The “auto-hide” function is off. Very annoying. Any ideas?
March 23, 20206 yr You can assign a key or button to show or hide it and it will only disappear when you click on it with the right mouse button.

Any idea on how to get it to default to a monitor whenever I make it appear again. I have my iPad setup as Monitor 4 in order to use the GPS as a true touch device like it is in real life, but after it hides itself upon touch, when I re-show it, it automatically goes to Monitor 1 right in the field of view. It would be nice to: 1. Stop it from disappearing in the first place 2. Have it re-appear on the same monitor it was on when it dissappeared Appreciate your help!

I'm not sure if it's possible on the iPad but you can try making it a pop out window. My friend has the real gear unit and he has to pop it out for it to stay on the unit. I have 3 screens and I use it on one and it always opens on the screen I have it on
