737 NGX HDS not all visible

When I click the spot to lower the HDS not all the information is visible. It’s as though the zoom factor is wrong or the information needs realigning.

I’ve searched the manuals for help but found nothing. Strange problem and hopefully someone will have the answer.

Just so you know what I'm seeing this is the display as I approach 05L EGCC. How is that of any use?

A little more research shows this is a problem when using Chaseplane. Does anyone have any suggestions so the two can work together?

I use the keyboard arrow keys to adjust the info in the HDS. I,m also using chaseplane.

@byronp, I tried that but the problem is the zoom factor I’m using. 0.80 in P3D is too much to fit all the info in that area. Whilst you can move the display info left, right, up and down there doesn’t seem to be a way I’d adjusting the HDS zoom factor.

No point. The NGX is no longer supported and in any case the problem only occurs when ChasePlane is used. I can live with it.

Yes, it’s being supported for user help with the aircraft and its systems but not for problems caused by a third party addon. Thanks anyway.

I've spent much a time on this with chase and we are just a the mercy NGX in this case. I've got it working but I have to choose my poison so to say. The Right is the fix but zoomed in, I prefer to move up and not zoom but that's my pref.

@FPStewy, sorry, just found your reply now. Well done for finding a compromise. To be honest I don't use the HDS preferring  to use the conventional instruments.

Ray there was a 6 year old thread on the HUD for departure/landing, if anything it's an interesting 2am read.
