I would like to know if anyone knows any of these two addons as an alternative to the forgotten FSPASSENGERS ...

Does anyone know PACX (https://tfdidesign.com/pacx.php) or Self-loading charge (https://slc.lanilogic.com/) ? Which would be more similar to FSPASSENGERS?

I picked up Self Loading Cargo and really enjoy it. Also, it is in development and if you join the Discord server you can chat with the developer as well as see upcoming features. As a past user of FSPassenger I would say this is what FSP should have developed into, had development continued. I would like to give more detailed information for you; however, I am on my phone about to leave for work. Suffice it to say, SLC won me over. 

Question about self-loading cargo. I read the site pretty thoroughly. As an ex user of FSpassengers, this seems like a perfect replacement. However, does it save your flights like a logbook, how FSP did? Or do i need to continue using my current flight tracking method on top of this?

hi, I'm an orphan of FSPassenger too.
in these quarantine days I have some time to devote ..to find a solution
I am referring only to the part of announcement of the crew, the part I miss the most.
FSPass was fantastic because there was the possibility to personalize the announcement.
There doesn't seem to be anything valid yet on the market, I had also looked at these two new apps but for one reason or another I discarded them.

So, just in these days, maybe I am finding the definitive solution: I bought spad.next for my saitek multipanel and I saw that it's a program with fantastic potential.
there is the possibility to program an event and associate any audio file with it.
So these days, and with some difficulties because I am not a developper (if I could write a script I think I would solve in a few minutes with spad.next), I am putting my 14 announcements in Italian that start automatically according to the various flight phases .
It is a question of binding that file to the condition (for example: reached cruise altitude = play audio xxx). Just like FSPass did.

If someone in this group capable of writing scripts, through spad.net it becomes very easy. I who am not capable, I am looking for all the single conditions to which to associate the right file to play when the event triggered.

In the lack of valid alternatives, it seems to me a good opportunity, but I repeat, only for announcements.
