Gauge failure on partition change (resolved)

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I recently changed the partition sizes on my hard disk and since then my GNS 530 (FSX) has stopped working and my GTN 750 (P3D) shows the message "Invalid license contact vendor".
Hoping you can help.

Regards

Have you tried reinstalling both gauges from a fresh download?

Hi Bert,

Thanks for coming to the rescue again. You helped me a while back over a problem I was having with an Alabeo plane.

I ran the setup files in the c:/realityxp folder but it made no difference. I was hoping to avoid a complete reinstall....my internet connection is poor. But I'll give that a try soon and report back.

You do not need to download or install the Garmin Trainers.. just the gauges.  And remember to reboot the PC after..

Hi Bert

That fixed it. Thanks for your help....and for all the mods and assistance you provide to the community as a whole. With half the world at home right now and most RW aviation grounded you must be a pretty busy guy!

Regards

Paul
