Q400 installed with XML FS2Crew won´t install

I have my Q400 installed with XML and not the in the P3D folder. When I shall install FS2Crew it can´t find my installed Q400 and the installation stops. Must I have the aircraft installed in P3D or is it possible to use the XML metod.

The installer will not take into consideration any XML method... What is an XML method???

Its when you place the aircraft och or scenery outside P3D and use an XML file to link it to P3D. I understand from your answer that the aircraft must be installed in the usual way in P3D för FS2Crew to work.

That is correct.  We don't support the XML method.
