888 Serial Error

I am having the pleasure of doing a full reinstall of P3Dv4 and when I got to the Excel, I keep getting an 888 Invalid Serial message. Anti Virus is disabled, and I copied and pasted the serial in from a notepad.

Any other ideas?

Did you contact their support? I had an invalid serial error when re-installing the SR22T a while back and contacted them and heard back within a matter of minutes. Though, I have been having issues getting to the my account section of their website for the past several days... maybe related?
