It would be interesting to have a behind-the-scene look on how they work :  how many people on designing sceneries (including in guiding the AI), airports, aircraft (3d models, systems, flight modeling), on networking/streaming etc. There are in MS and Asobo more than 150 people working now, if I understand well.
