July 2, 20214 yr and the dev did get back to me and there looking into more. they sent me a slimdx.dll installer thinking that was the issue but it didnt work. still getting the error
July 2, 20214 yr I think windows update might of screwed it up or the msvcr100.dll I was messing around with that file I put in a newer version that file. U think that could cause the issues?

July 3, 20214 yr Yes he did all that. Still didn’t work. I have a feeling I might have to reset windows from scratch or see if the dev can come into my computer through team viewer and see if they can fix it. It’s comes down to those 2 at this point. I’m running out of ideas here

July 4, 20214 yr Developers said I have to troubleshoot it and if that doesn’t work they can’t assist me. I don’t get it they made the software and they Can’t update it or something , give me some kind of a fix don’t leave me hanging or else I’m gonna ask for my money back. They have to come up with something if this is there field in computers that’s there job am I right? I think there’s in error in the registry file. Does anybody know how to do that ?
